It emphasizes the various IPM tools and techniques and discusses the use of the least hazardous pesticides.

This course deals with the different treatment techniques involved in pest management. These include seven structural application techniques such as crack and crevice treatment, spot treatment, directed contact treatment, void treatment, space treatment, exterior perimeter treatment and exclusion. Also discussed are attraction and interception techniques such as baiting and trapping.
